Built around one belief: families deserve a partner, not a provider.
Empower and Shine was founded by Mo and Kaay Vig, who kept seeing the same gap. Families of participants with disability were offered support that changed hands too often, counted hours instead of progress, and rarely stayed long enough to really know the person. For a participant moving toward adult life, that is exactly when consistency matters most.
So we built something different. A registered NDIS provider grounded in Cranbourne, kept small enough that Mo and Kaay stay personally involved, and focused on the long relationship, ten and fifteen years, not one plan at a time. Premium here does not mean an added bill. It means comfortable, dignified living, delivered by trained, screened workers, funded within your NDIS plan.
